Seen above is a 19th century painting titled "Shelter from the Storm " by Frederik Hendrik Kaemmerer (1839 – 1902). You can see the original image on Wikimedia Commons here.
Kaemmerer was a Dutch painter who became an Impressionist later in his career but for a time, he specialized in French genre scenes set in the 18th century, featuring elegant ladies with courteous men. [Source: Wikipedia]
