Edwardian Fashion: Young Lady with Dog in the Garden 1

First-generation digital scan of an illustration (in full color) from the June 5, 1904 issue of La Mode Illustrée. This image shows an Edwardian lady in a yellow dress with a fuchsia pink sash seated on a teal blue garden bench. She seems quite deep in thought as her faithful companion, a small white and brown dog (looks like a Jack Russell terrier), surveys his surroundings with a patient eye. Although I have digitally removed a few tiny rips/tears from the paper, I have left most of the original old paper texture intact. There is some discoloration around the edges of the drawing and a couple of creases here and there. You can download the high-res 6" x 9" @ 300 ppi JPEG without a watermark here.
